About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15-oz) can diced tomatoes
4-6 medium Roma tomatoes, cut into large chunks
1/2 large white onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1-2 medium jalapenos (seeds and ribs removed), coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cuminCombine
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse intermittently until your desired consistency. Enjoy!
