Ingredients

2 English cucumbers or 4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/3 cup sliced red onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and sugar.
Add the cucumbers and red onion and toss to coat evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Toss again before serving.
